A field blend of Merlot, St. Laurent, Portugieser, Blaufränkisch and Pinot Noir. Manually harvested, de-stemmed and fermented spontaneously with native yeast. Aged in 50 year-old, 4400 litre oak barrels. Bottled un-fined and unfiltered.

The palate brings a lively edge that is backed with a dense mineral mid palate and mouthwatering acidity.
