100% Lambrusco di Salamino di Santa Croce, a special clone local to this part of Emilia-Romagna. Vines are farmed biodynamically, harvested by hand and gently pressed in order to set a beautiful pink hue. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks then bottled unfined and unfiltered.
