François Crochet, Sancerre Rosé 2021 $34.99

100% Pinot Noir grown on the chalky, limestone soils of Sancerre. The hand-harvested grapes are rigorously sorted before a short maceration on the skins. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in stainless steel for 6 months before bottling.

A shimmering salmon pink in the glass. A refined and elegant rosé with aromas of tart red berries, citrus, passion fruit and a touch of lime leaf. The short skin maceration imbues the wine with deeply layered minerality on the palate, coupled with crisp, refreshing acidity. An elegant, elevated rosé.

Cyprès de Toi, Languedoc, FR 2021 $28.99

100% Malbec biodynamically grown on a high elevation vineyard in the windy mountains of the Languedoc. Hand-harvested and native yeast fermented with a short cold soak to set the brilliant pink color. Finished in stainless steel barrels before being bottled un-fined and unfiltered.

This super bright, fresh and fun rosé opens with a burst of cherry followed by notes of sage, red apple and subtle spice. The juicy and buoyant palate is full of zippy, juicy red berry fruit and subtle herbal tones. A joyful, sunny day wine.

Brij Wines, Grenache Rosé, San Luis Obispo, CA 2022 $34.99

100% Grenache from the Dubost Vineyard in Paso Robles, made by our friend, the legendary Rajat Parr. The biodynamically farmed grapes are harvested early to preserve their acidity. A short, two-hour maceration and fermentation is followed by aging in large, used oak barrels.

A beautiful, brilliant nose of wild strawberry, watermelon and pink grapefruit with subtle hints of lavender. The palate is seamless, carrying ripe berry fruit and zesty red citrus over a dense mineral core. Provence meets California in this incredible bottle.

Silice Rosé, Ribeira Sacra, SP 2021 $27.99

I had never seen this before, a Rosé grown on the steep, granitic, terraced hillsides of Ribeira Sacra. An organically grown field blend comprised predominantly of Mencia. Hand harvested and co-fermented in a combination of stainless steel and oak barrels. Aged in the same combination for 7 months before bottling with a light filtration.

A gorgeous, ultra pale pink. The nose is subtle, elegant and detailed with aromas of blood orange, under-ripe strawberry and pomegranate. The palate is mineral driven and accented by delicate berry, citrus zest and sea salt. Unique and utterly irresistible.
